• Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end platform development, from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless hardware and software integration.
• Innovation & Quality Assurance: Lead ground-up hardware development efforts with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and user experience.
• Agile Development: Drive schedule acceleration initiatives — including platform pull-in strategies — while maintaining engineering excellence.
