Platform Backend Tech Lead

Position Overview

The Platform Backend Tech Lead is critical in defining and implementing the multi-tenant architecture and role-based access control (RBAC) for our SaaS platform. As a technical leader, you will ensure scalability, security, and reliability in the backend systems that power our core product. Architecture decisions made at this stage will have long-term impact, making this one of the highest-priority hires.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Experience:

• 8+ years of professional backend development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role within SaaS or cloud-native environments.
