Platform Automation Engineer

Day to Day :

Core Platform & BAU Responsibilities (Primary)

• Manage and support the Kryon RPA platform, ensuring availability, stability, and security.
• Perform daily monitoring of RPA jobs, schedules, logs, and automation health.
• Handle BAU support activities including incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Support platform patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance in coordination with infrastructure teams.
• Maintain operational documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and support guides.

Automation Support & Enhancement

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing RPA workflows to improve stability and performance.
• Assist in minor automation changes and workflow fixes rather than full-scale bot development.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand automation issues and improvement opportunities.
