What You’ll Do

You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for platform enhancements:

  • Request Management: Act as the intake lead for stakeholder requirements. You will evaluate incoming requests, prioritize them based on business impact, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Development & Configuration: Execute the build-out of solutions. This includes advanced Salesforce configuration (Security, Custom Fields, Objects) and utilizing Salesforce development programming languages (Apex, Lightning Web Components) when declarative tools reach their limit.
  • Precursive Maintenance & Modification: Perform deep-level maintenance and ongoing modifications to the Precursive environment, including resource forecasting, project planning templates, and milestone management.
