Job Description

Role Overview The Platform Administrator is the guardian of the company's digital ecosystem. The core purpose of this role is to take ownership of the Odoo (ERP) and ClickUp (CRM/Project Management) platforms to ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and system reliability.

Unlike a pure software developer, this role focuses on Platform Administration—utilizing low-code/no-code tools (Odoo Studio, ClickUp Automations, n8n) to solve business problems. You will act as the internal technical lead, managing day-to-day system functionality, integrating data flows between sales and manufacturing, and overseeing external freelancers for any heavy custom coding requirements. Additionally, you will support the business with marketing automation and campaign management during quieter technical periods.
