Job Description

Thermofab Plastics, Thermofroming, and Injectiondevices manufacturing.

Responsible for the development and assurance of the Molding and Thermoforming process of parts, maintaining it within the required quality and efficiency specifications, and will recommend solutions to problems due to variations in process, equipment, materials, or tooling.

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in plastic molding processes or Plastic Injection Engineering. Development, monitoring, and implementation of improvements in KPIs.
  2. Knowledge of ISO 13485 / ISO 9001.
  3. Application and use of manufacturing tools such as KAIZEN, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED.
  4. Experience and knowledge in creating BOMs. Experience with CAD software: AutoCAD and Solidworks.
  5. Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
