This role is suited for someone who enjoys being hands-on on the shop floor while also driving structured process improvements.

What the role is about

This position focuses on ensuring injection molding processes run consistently, efficiently, and to specification. The engineer will be involved from early mold trials through mass production, acting as a technical problem-solver and a bridge between tooling, production, and quality teams.
