Plastic Injection Tooling Engineer

Ensure technical mold developments for P1 projects according to QCD.

• To participate in project RFQ: orient mold and injection process topics to be awarded in best industrial conditions.
• To check the design of plastic part components with regard to injection process and tooling manufacturability.
• To analyze the MOLDFLOW simulations to orient design, the mold specifications and the injection parameters.
• To respect Valeo internal standards: standard methodology for development including documentations, Standard for Valeo Requirement Files, standards components for Molds, Design Rules, process Rules...
• To define the mold VRF (Valeo Requirement File) and mold specificities (SVRF) for molds supplier insourcing, in coordination with the Tooling Purchase Engineer, R&D, Project team & Valeo plants.
