Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 42.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Annual Salary: Up to £33,667.00. Salary includes company van and fuel card; opportunities for overtime and optional out‑of‑hours call rota.
Mears Group is delivering a long-term social housing repairs and maintenance partnership across the wider Midlands region. The contract covers responsive repairs, planned maintenance and property services across diverse communities.
About the Role
Provide a range of plastering tasks, including patch repairs, full wall skims, ceiling works and making good after other trades. Work in residents’ homes requires a professional approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and respectful environment.

- Carry out responsive plastering repairs in occupied properties
