Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Monitor production schedules, workflows, and equipment performance for operational efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure machine reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Lead and support plant personnel to achieve productivity and performance goals.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of quality products.
• Prepare and monitor production reports and operational performance metrics.
