Role - Plant Safety Head ( Multiple Plants Lead or Single Site Big Plant )
Location - Tarapur (Boisar)
Experience - 15 Years
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
Diploma/Advanced Certification in Industrial Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile---
Extensive experience in Plant Safety, EHS Management, Compliance, Client Audits, and Manufacturing Operations.
Strong exposure to international customer audits from US, Canadian, European, and other global utility/EPC companies.
Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with global safety standards, ESG requirements, supplier audits, and international manufacturing best practices.
