Versigent designs and delivers high‑end electrical distribution systems for automotive, robotics and energy platforms. The Plant Quality Manager leads day‑to‑day operations, sets quality policy, reduces defects for Ford programs, and ensures compliance with customer requirements and internal targets.

You will drive containment actions, improve control plans, and promote continuous improvement across the plant while coordinating with senior leadership on progress and budget considerations.
