About this opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Plant Project Manager, based in Tlaxcala, to drive the transformation of our manufacturing site, enabling the successful introduction of new products and processes.

In this role, you will act as a key enabler of business growth by leading the implementation of new projects (NPI), process optimization, and engineering excellence within the plant. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including production, quality, supply chain, and global counterparts—to ensure smooth industrialization, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible position with strong impact on business performance, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management.
