Plant Production Superintendent (Conroe)

As the Plant Production Superintendent for our Conroe, TX 77301 site, you will own day-to-day shop operations, champion safety and quality, and keep schedules on target through smart planning, resource allocation, and team development.

• Hit daily/weekly production goals by directing shop floor activities and resolving constraints.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing team focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Translate production schedules into actionable plans; adjust labor and equipment to meet deadlines.
