Overall responsbilities and duties: 
Lead customer quality management end‑to‑end, serving as the primary customer interface while ensuring effective issue resolution, audit readiness, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality systems across the product life cycle.

The main missions of the role are:

  • Lead the full customer quality management pathway, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective handling of 0km issues, warranty/field returns, service concerns, and all non‑quality escalations while driving robust problem‑solving methodologies.
