Responsibilities:

  • Creat working instruction and set up the vulcanization parameter/layout /material flow etx. based on process development information
  • To participate the customer audit and internal audit , follow up the process related actions
  • Responsible for all the process related trouble shooting /unplanned vulcanization machine or tooling breakdown.
  • Participate the PTR and IRR , organize the pre-serious sample production
  • Manage process related continus improving project
  • Process related engineering change management
  • Communication and changing of experience、lessons learned with other plant

    • Qualifications:

    More than 2 years experience with rubber plastic recipe research or with rubber injection process development releated fields.
