Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company in Chile. This role will focus on enhancing plant performance through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering and experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. The position is integral for fostering collaboration across departments and driving the execution of key operational priorities.
