Ferrero International is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join their Hazelnut Company team in Chile. This role is focused on enhancing performance through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with Plant Managers to prioritize operational goals. A degree in engineering and strong command of Lean Manufacturing are essential, along with fluency in Spanish and English.
