About the Job

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Plant Operator to join our team at our Severn Pit in Orillia.

This position offers 40-50 hours per week, with evening shifts and Saturdays as needed.

Hourly pay: $30.65.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate wash plants, crushers, and the conveyor system.
• Operate Cat skid-steer equipment.
• Perform regular and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support plant uptime.
• Assist in daily production around the plant.
• Monitor stock piles for oversized material.

Here’s What You Need

• At least a year’s experience as a plant operator.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• A valid G License in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
