Job Description

Independence TX LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a frac sand mining and processing facility. You will manage mining, processing, drying, storage, and loadout while developing teams and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in plant or heavy industrial operations, a Bachelor's in engineering, and MSHA Part 46 certification (or the ability to obtain). Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
