Molex Guadalajara Plant seeks a Director of Operations to lead a 24-hour manufacturing operation, driving operational excellence and transforming culture across SMT, assembly, safety, quality, materials, planning, and environmental systems.

You will oversee plant P&L, coach leaders, apply Lean/Six Sigma methods, and partner with design and global teams to share best practices while delivering targeted performance metrics.
