Flowserve is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence professional to lead cross-functional CI initiatives at the plant and platform level. You will design and deploy OPEX strategies, coach teams, and implement improvement events to deliver tangible business gains.

You will drive visual data analysis, apply lean tools, and mentor others in problem-solving, process design, and continuous improvement culture across the organization.
