Job Summary

Plant Mechanical Engineer to oversee the installation, inspection, and commissioning of mechanical equipment for our activated carbon manufacturing plant currently under construction. The role ensures that all machines and mechanical systems are installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with engineering standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of production and process equipment

• Monitor contractors and ensure quality workmanship

• Review mechanical drawings, layouts, and specifications

• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation and start-up

• Prepare maintenance plans and equipment documentation
