Plant Manager

Our client, a large manufacturer within the pulp and paper sector is in need of a Plant Manager to join their facility based in North Vancouver. The Plant Manager provides overall leadership and direction for site operations, setting strategy and ensuring effective execution across production, safety, quality, people, and financial performance. This role is responsible for aligning local operations with corporate objectives while maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence in daily operations. The Plant Manager serves as the primary link between corporate leadership and the site and represents the organization with key external stakeholders, including regulators and the local community. The role ensures full compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and company standards and drives a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
