Plant Manager

For our client, a
multinational manufacturer of components for various industrial sectors, we are
seeking a Plant Manager to lead a production site with approximately 300
employees. This role will ensure operational excellence, team leadership, and
high performance in HSE, production, distribution, quality, process
engineering, maintenance, and cost efficiency.

Operational Management

• Oversee
  all manufacturing activities, ensuring delivery on-time, efficiency,
  continuity, and compliance with quality standards.


• Plan,
  coordinate, and monitor daily plant operations, ensuring effective use of
  human, technical, and material resources.


• Lead
  and manage a workforce of around 300 employees, supervising department
  managers and production teams.
