NWI Precision’s 120,000 sq. ft. facility is located at 9 Fenmar Drive in Toronto. Our dedicated team pride themselves on delivering the highest quality products, to specifications and on time. NWI Precision is currently seeking experienced Plant Manager .
The Plant Manager is responsible for all production activities within the aerospace manufacturing facility, ensuring that shafts, masts, and links for aircraft engines are produced to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role oversees daily operations, leads production teams, enforces compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards, and drives continuous improvement across machining, assembly, and inspection areas.
