The Plant Manager will be reporting directly to the Director and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Building strong working relationships based on trust and working with the company’s Engineering and Production teams to ensure that new projects are efficiently delivered on time and achieve the best possible production solutions.Delivering agreed production efficiency improvements as part of the budget process and ensuring that all production requirements are dispatched on time according to our customer’s requirements.Representing the Thailand operation internally to various organizations within the industry, this role will also have input into the Thailand business strategy and in helping to shape and deliver the company’s local operational strategy.Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective utilization of all resources.Generating and ma...
