Aplin has partnered with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Plant Manager for their Southwestern Ontario facility.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead and oversee the production of a dynamic manufacturing plant. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role managing a unionized workforce within a stable organization that has a strong backlog of work and exciting upcoming capital investments.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on management.
