Job Summary
The organization (French MNC) is establishing a new greenfield manufacturing plant in Sriperumbudur, Chennai, to support its strategic OEM client. We are looking for a seasoned Plant Manager with a proven track record of setting up and running full-scale automotive plants from scratch. The Plant Manager will have end-to-end accountability for the complete plant setup, subsequent operations, and delivery of world-class performance in production, quality, engineering, safety, and cost. This is a high-impact leadership role that demands strong hands-on execution capability during the critical greenfield phase and sustained operational excellence thereafter.
