Role Overview
Looking for a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Primary mission will be to ensure the maximum uptime of our production facility by performing high-level repairs, preventive maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting across a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. Looking a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled PMs on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Emergency Repairs: Rapidly diagnose and repair equipment failures under pressure to restore production flow.
- Electrical Troubleshooting: Inspect and repair electrical components, including 3-phase motors, sensors, relays, and basic PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) issues.
- Mechanical Overhaul: Rebuild pumps, replace bearings, align shafts, and tension belts/chains.
