Leading manufacturing company is looking for their HR Generalist to ensure that the HR department manages and executes plans related to personnel, their well-being, and development.


Experience Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar position in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience managing labor union relations.
  • Strong knowledge in EHS is a must.
  • Knowledge in any Talent Management System.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of local government policy, regulations, and Mexican labor laws.
