Reports To: General Manager of Manufacturing

Role Summary

Lead the plant's HR and administrative operations to ensure effective workforce management, employee engagement, legal compliance, and operational support. Partner with plant leadership and Corporate HR to drive people strategies that support manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage site administration, facilities, security, and support services.
  • Support workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements and manage outsourced service providers.
