A fast-growing tobacco manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Plant Head & Business Head to lead its manufacturing operations in Jammu, J&K.

This is not a conventional plant management role. We are seeking a leader who thinks and operates like an owner—someone who can take complete accountability for plant performance, profitability, sourcing, and strategic execution while building the foundation for the company's next phase of growth.

• Own end-to-end plant operations across Primary Manufacturing (PMD) and Secondary Manufacturing (SMD).
