FyneHand is mandated to hire for the role of Plant Head. The role will be based in Dahej.
Role overview: The role will lead manufacturing operations by driving strategic initiatives, optimizing resources, ensuring quality and capacity utilization, improving operational efficiency, maximizing machine uptime, supporting production planning, maintenance, dispatch, and raw material management, while driving cost savings and new product development.
Key responsibilities:
Support Quality Control & Assurance
Assure reliability and consistency of production; ensure monitoring of manufacturing processes and output
Participate in quality audits and customer inspections; support resolution of all complaints and findings related to quality issues in collaboration with quality assurance
Process & Engineering Improvements
Ensure implementation and adherence to process improvement initiatives across the plant
