Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan,organize, direct, control, and evaluate greenhouse crop production operations
• Developcrop production schedules based on seasonal and market demand
• Selectseeds, fertilizers, soil media, and pest control products
• Monitorirrigation, lighting, temperature, and humidity controls in greenhouseenvironments
• Implementintegrated pest management (IPM) programs
• Supervise,train, and schedule greenhouse workers
• Maintainproduction and inventory records
• Ensurecompliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Manageoperational budgets and order supplies

Employment Requirements

• Universitydegree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, orrelated field
