We're looking for a commercially savvy Plant Finance Manager to lead financial control and partner with Operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and productivity across the  manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll sit at the heart of operations, linking finance with operations.
What You'll Own

• Lead month-end close and ensure integrity of SAP financials (cost & inventory)
• Deliver accurate reporting, forecasts, and budgets aligned to plant KPIs
• Drive standard costing accuracy and cost visibility
• Partner with Operations to eliminate waste and lift plant performance
• Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Champion strong internal controls
