Plant Engineer

Position: Plant Engineer Department: Projects / Plant & Equipment Reporting To: Site Manager / Project Manager Role Purpose: The Plant Engineer shall be responsible for the operation, maintenance, deployment, and management of construction plant and equipment used in slope stabilization, soil nailing, rock anchoring, gabion structure installation, and associated civil works. The role ensures maximum equipment availability, productivity, and safety at project sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise construction plant and equipment at project sites. Ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of machinery and equipment. Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment as per project requirements. Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance records. Support execution teams involved in slope stabilization, soil nailing, rock anchoring, and gabion works.
