Plant Engineer

Job Summary

The Plant Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and maintenance of the water filtration plant. This includes ensuring plant efficiency, regulatory compliance, water quality standards, and team coordination to achieve consistent production targets. The ideal candidate must have 1–3 years of relevant experience in the operation of water filtration systems and must be willing to be assigned to Cotabato Water District.

Operations & Supervision

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the water filtration plant to ensure efficient and continuous production.
• Oversee all stages of water treatment and ensure output meets required quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and provide technical direction to plant operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
• Monitor plant performance metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
