The Plant Engineer is responsible for collaboratively developing, planning, and executing the plant capital strategy for the Brantford, ON facility, a manufacturer of quality griddle products, to align with business unit priorities. This role leads cross‑functional teams to manage and deliver capital projects, improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support site‑wide goals related to safety, product quality, and environmental sustainability.
