PRTR Manufacturing Recruitment Team is supporting a leader in medical glove manufacturing. We are looking for a Plant CSR (Associate-level) who will be responsible for leading, organizing, and coordinating CSR programs to align with the company‘s policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing policies, programs and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Supporting local crisis management governance and managing HR angle of crisis in collaboration with key stakeholders like the Country Chair, RE, Health and Services.
  • Ensuring that the plant complies with all the ILO &, labor laws, and legal and commercial needs.
  • Collaborating with HR experts to ensure a solid knowledge of labor practices and standards, and to keep up to date with the external news and development.
  • Controlling and managing the employee’s employment conditions such as working day, working hours, overtime, and working on rest days, etc.
