Plant Controlling AnalystWhat you'll do:Ensure accurate financial operations and compliance, maintaining accounting systems aligned with USGAAP/MEXGAAP, overseeing GL transactions, and executing month-end close activities.Drive financial reporting and planning, including headcount tracking, weekly pulse reports, account reconciliations (Blackline), and supporting CapEx budget control.Support audits and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external audit requirements while collaborating with plant and global finance teams.What is required:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or master's preferred).
