Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Toronto is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team. Key Responsibilities
Lead site-level financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and
standard costing
processes to support achievement of financial targets. Provide day-to-day financial decision support through data-driven analysis, cost modeling, and variance insights. Drive monthly financial reviews, including
standard vs. actual cost analysis , and identify cost optimization opportunities. Own site financial standards, cost drivers, internal controls, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Partner on capital planning and provide financial evaluation of capital expenditure proposals. Support new product introductions and portfolio changes through robust financial and
