We’re Hiring: Plant Controller – Manufacturing Industry

Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join their team. This is a key leadership role partnering with plant operations and corporate finance to drive financial performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle plant accounting including cost accounting, reporting, and month-end close
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPI analysis
• Ensure accuracy of inventory, BOMs, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (labor, materials, overhead)
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements
• Partner with operations to support plant performance and improvement initiatives
• Lead and develop a small accounting team
