Plant Controller (Multi-Site)

Summary Direct the plant's financial operations and assist Plant Management in improving plant costs through effective budgeting and analysis and by monitoring plant performance. Manage the support of plant operations and provide for a sound internal financial controls environment. The position requires a broad business perspective and must work effectively within a team environment to provide actionable information and services to plant and corporate departments.

Responsibilities

Plant and line performance monitoring and control. Assure proper monitoring and financial performance of the Plant is accomplished.

Direct the reporting and analysis of the Plant’s financial and inventory performance monthly in compliance with US GAAP.

Provide leadership and direction in investigating and understanding all major manufacturing variances to ensure timely, actionable information to management.
