Our client is an established Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company based in Strathroy, Ontario, specializing in magnesium and aluminum castings. They operate with a high-performing team and are seeking a Plant Controller to lead their finance and IT functions. Responsibilities

• Reporting to the CFO, the Plant Controller will lead the finance and IT functions at the plant level.
• Overseeing all accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger); preparing and reviewing financial statements; leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; maintaining internal controls and supporting annual audits.
