Plant Controller

JOB SUMMARY

The Plant Controller is a critical member of the plant leadership team and serves as the primary financial advisor for the facility. This role provides financial analysis, insights, and decision support necessary to drive operational and strategic outcomes. The Plant Controller plays a leadership role in challenging the organization to improve overall financial performance and operational discipline.

The position has full functional responsibility for financial reporting, monitoring actual results, forecasting, planning, and financial analysis. It leads the development of the annual operating budget, capital spending proposals, and new product costing to ensure sound financial decision‑making.

This role is based primarily at the plant and partners closely with the Plant Manager and the VP of Manufacturing to deliver on key financial, operational, and strategic metrics.
