About the job
The Plant Controller will act as a business partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the plant and corporate office. This role is responsible for driving effective cost management thought the supply chain, including Production, Logistics, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Engineering.
Your tasks
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the plant.Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to analyze budgets, performance, and improvement opportunities.Lead cost analysis across Cost of Goods Manufactured, overhead, scrap, write‑offs, and other key cost drivers.Track actuals vs. standards, explain variances, and support corrective actions.Complete month-end close activities, including account analysis, reconciliations and inventory valuation.Monitor inventory performance, turnover, impairments, and actions on slow‑movi...
