Plant Controller

The Plant Controller serves as the leading financial authority at the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and cost control functions of the plant. As a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager, the Plant Controller provides critical financial insights, operational analysis, and data‑driven recommendations to optimize production efficiency, manage inventory, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Direct and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial close processes for the plant.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute accurate and timely financial statements, variance reports, and operational metrics.
• Ensure full compliance with Corporate Accounting Policies, GAAP/IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
