This role partners closely with plant leadership to turn financial and operational data into practical insights that support performance, cost control, and sound decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in manufacturing accounting, a hands-on leadership approach, and the ability to strengthen processes while guiding a small team in a fast-paced environment.
