Plant Controller/Finance Leader – Juarez, Mexico Facility Performance Objectives for a Site Controller: · Serve as business partner to the plant leadership team in operational efficiency, financial analysis, forecasting and planning. · Developing effective working relationships with key leaders in the plant and across the organization. · Provide consolidated business results for both Mexican and US GAAP in both Hyperion and Oracle. · Managing the Juarez finance and customs teams, encouraging their development and progression. · Maintaining and delivering sound financial and business analysis to the business unit leadership team. · Coordinating activities with other corporate departments including but not limited to General Ledger, IT, Finance, Tax, and Human Resources. · Coordinating external reporting and requirements with the Mexican government, auditors, etc. · Insuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls. · Achieve continuous improvement in asset man...
